Kivu Resort Nakuru, Nakuru

I had a mixed experience at Kivu Resort. The welcome was warm and the grounds have beautiful plants, but the rooms could use some serious improvement. The shower was frustratingly weak, and I faced issues with basic amenities. On a positive note, the place is great for birding and there’s Wi-Fi available in public areas.

The resort offers a fantastic swimming pool that's great for families and friends, though it can get a bit crowded. The rooms can be hit or miss, especially in terms of basic amenities. While the gym is a standout feature, some aspects of the room could use improvement, like the shower and Wi-Fi. Overall, it has good value for money but doesn't feel fully polished.
